The opening of its first store in the "Dalma Garden Mall" in Yerevan was a significant moment in the Armenian retail scene, bringing forth a fresh idea to the market. For the first time, consumers encountered a comprehensive offering of esteemed brands not only in watchmaking but also spanning jewelry and fashion under one roof. Currently, TIME is a leading international retailer with presence in the regional, Easter European and Central Asian markets.

CRM and BI Systems

At TIME, our team carried out extensive work. A CRM system has been implemented to manage internal operations, interactions across branches, as well as customer relations.

At TIME, just like at Yerevan Mall, our reporting system has been implemented. It includes both table-based and chart-based analysis. The system incorporates features such as Dashboard, Report Generator, Chart Generator, Sales, Marketing, and more.
